STORM WATER Pollution prevention PLAN guide

The goal of a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) is to protect the surface waters of the State of Wyoming by providing a management plan for a construction site that specifies how soil, sediment, and chemicals are to be kept on site. Keeping soil and sediment on-site and out of waters of the State will reduce the downstream negative impacts associated with storm water runoff, erosion, and sedimentation.
