NOTICE OF ACCEPTANCE

AND

FINAL PAYMENT TO CONTRACTOR

FOR

THAW WELLS 5 AND 6

Notice is hereby given that the Teton Conservation District has accepted, as completed

according to the plans, specifications and rules governing the same, the work performed

under that contract dated April 16, 2025 between the Teton Conservation District and

Weber Water and Well, LLC, the Contractor; that work under said contract, known as

Thaw Wells 5 and 6, is complete, and the Contractor is entitled to final payment. Notice

is further given that subsequent to the forty-first (41st) day after the first publication of this

notice, to wit, May 26, 2026, the Teton Conservation District will pay to said Contractor

the full amount under the contract.
