Jackson Hole Clean Water Coalition

Teton Conservation District is a founding member of the Jackson Hole Clean Water Coalition, a collaborative group of eleven nonprofits and agencies working together on local water quality issues. We’re committed to significantly reducing nonpoint source pollution in Jackson Hole’s surface and groundwater from anthropogenic sources by engaging individuals and organizations in collaborative, science-based programs and initiatives.

One of the Clean Water Coalition’s most successful programs is Trout Friendly Lawns, a certification program to incentivize lawn care practices that can improve local water quality. Get your lawn or business certified Trout Friendly at:

The Jackson Hole Clean Water Coalition includes: Teton Conservation District, Trout Unlimited, Snake River Fund, Jackson Hole Land Trust, Teton County Weed & Pest District, PAWS of Jackson Hole, Friends Of The Teton River, Wyoming Nature Conservancy, Wyoming Ducks Unlimited, and Flat Creek Watershed Improvement District.
