Teton Conservation District (TCD), a political sub-division of the State of Wyoming, is issuing a Request For Proposals (RFP) for the Flat Creek Watershed Management Plan Revision (Jackson, WY). TCD is soliciting proposals from environmental consulting firms with watershed planning experience to convene stakeholders and solicit input, and provide text edits to the existing watershed management plan. The existing watershed management plan will provide the framework for the revised document. The environmental consultant will have two primary responsibilities: Task 1 will require assembling and facilitating stakeholders to provide and prioritize new projects; Task 2 will require revising the text of the watershed plan to include stakeholder input, and bring the text and tables up to date. The consultant will NOT be responsible for data analysis or representation for this project.
