How to Apply
TAC grant funds are open to all applicants and require a 50% match from the applicant. Match funding may come from direct dollar and/or in-kind funding. Please provide concise information and attach additional information as may be appropriate with your application. Applicants must contact Tom Segerstrom, Executive Director of TCD, prior to submitting an application in order to be assigned a TCD staff member that can work with the applicant to finalize the applications. Tom can be reached either by email by sending a message to firstname.lastname@example.org, or by phone by calling 307-733-2110. All final applicants will be invited to give a 15 minute presentation and question and answer session to the TCD Board regarding their project proposal.
Submit a single PDF file electronically to email@example.com, as well as 10 hard copies mailed to: Teton Conservation District, c/o Caroline Baker, P.O. Box 1070, Jackson, WY 83001. Hard copies may also be dropped of in-person at the TCD office which is located at 420 W. Pearl Ave. in Jackson.
Grant applications must be received by TCD no later than the February 1/August 1 deadline at 3:00 PM Mountain Time.
