Noxious Weed Program Forms
The Teton Conservation District provides cost-share assistance to private landowners to help control noxious weeds in Teton County, WY. TCD will reimburse participants up to 25% of the cost of treating noxious weeds (excluding the cost of herbicides) on their property. TCD will cost-share on weed treatment costs that add up to $150/acre on your property (any additional cost will be cut off from reimbursement). Through an agreement with TCD, Teton County Weed & Pest will perform all landowner correspondence, property visits, creation of weed maps, and weed management plans.
TCD, in cooperation with Teton County Weed & Pest District, offers a number of services at no cost, in addition to cost-sharing for labor and herbicide. These services include a personal consultation, production of a paper map for you to utilize, a comprehensive Weed Management Plan, and a follow-up inspection. We welcome landowners of any size to join the program.
The following forms are for enrollment, reimbursement and re-enrolling in the Noxious Weed Program. If you would like any of these forms sent to you electronically, feel free to email Mark requesting whatever forms you need at, email@example.com.
This form is the application for people wishing to join the Noxious Weed Cost-Share Program. Return this form to the Teton Conservation District office by the 3rd Wednesday in August.
The time has come for another season of noxious weed control. Participants who have already enrolled in previous seasons do not need to fill out a new application or receive an initial consultation this season. However, participants do need to completely fill out, print and send the downloadable post card to Teton County Weed and Pest's office at:
Teton County Weed and Pest c/o Mark Daluge P.O. Box 1852 Jackson, WY 83001
or email all information asked on the post card to firstname.lastname@example.org no later than the 3rd Wednesday in August.
If you are willing to allow TCD to provide information directly to your landscaper, including your map, weed management plan, and follow-up inspection form, please write in your landscaper’s name on the re-enroll form.
This form MUST be filled out by everyone requesting reimbursement for their weed treatment. If the work was done by a commercial applicator you need to include invoices and spraying records (they can fill this paperwork out for you if desired.) If you did the work yourself just include your record of the time spent treating your property (see above form). If you have any questions on filling this form out, please feel free to contact us for help. This form, and all other paperwork needs to be turned in to Teton County Weed and Pest's office by the 3rd Wednesday in October.
All paperwork can be turned in to the Teton County Weed and Pest's office either by mail, email, fax, or in person.
This form can be used to keep track of the treatment done by a landowner on their own property. This form does not have to be used, but may be found useful for keeping track of needed information for reimbursement.
This form can be utilized by a commercial applicator to keep track of the treatment for the season. If the commercial applicator has another form they desire to use, that includes all of this information, that is also acceptable.
